Communicare, Inc. is dedicated to providing acquired brain injury survivors, individuals with other neurologic impairments and developmental disabilities the skills and supports necessary to enable them to attain their maximum level of functioning and quality of life in a less restrictive community environment, and to make informed choices and decisions about their lives.
